We welcome Seth Petruzelli to the Cageworthy Team!

Cageworthy is one of Seth’s co-sponsors for his upcoming Belator fight against former UFC Heavyweight Champ Ricco Rodriguez! Catch the fight live (and free) on MTV2 August, 20, 2011 9 P.M. EST

Petruzelli (13-6) has posed five wins in seven fights. The 31-year-old Floridian last fought in April, when he stopped Dave Mewborn on first-round punches at a World Extreme Fighting event in Orlando, Fla. Petruzelli, perhaps best known for his 14-second technical knockout of Kevin “Kimbo Slice” Ferguson inside the defunct EliteXC promotion, has delivered 11 of his 13 career wins by knockout or TKO.

“I’m coming out there to put Ricco Rodriguez flat on his ass and punch my ticket to the next Bellator tournament while I’m at it,” Petruzelli said.

This looks to be a good fight. All the best to Seth.

From left to right: Damon Evans, Casey Parlett, Scott Parlett and Ryan Parlett.

Casey is fighting in Reno January 21, 2011 at Rick Collup’s Ultimate Reno Combat. His opponent is Dillon Moore with a 2-1 record. Come out and watch Casey do his thing!

OK People, Casey won his fight by tap out due to a triangle choke in the first round! Casey looked very calm and composed. He controlled the fight from the moment the bell rang. I should note that Dillon Moore had to back out of the fight due to the doctors recommendation. Casey’s opponent was from Idaho and took the fight on a few hours notice. He showed true heart and fighter’s spirit to step up. Kudos to him as well.

Check out Casey’s website for his new gym Cross Fit 760 !

Cageworthy was one of Lyle “Fancy Pants” Beerbohm’s co-sponsors for his last Strikeforce fight against Vitor Ribeiro. The fight lasted all three rounds with Lyle winning by split decision. Lyle’s next fight is headlining the upcoming February 18, 2011 Strikeforce Challengers where he takes on Pat Healy. It should be a great fight.
